The Rescue.
By request.
Many years ago I drew a similar picture for a friend of mine, resuing her from her bad day.
Well things have been a little bleak for her lately, and she finds herself in need of a bit of a rescue again.
So here it is, Her Princess in Shining Armour.
I will be colouring this, as I love it!

Today's drawing in colour. Not finished, but out of time! lol

As usual, click to see more details in the images.

  3. I'm curious how it works? Do you draw your pic and then scan it in to colour? This one is really cute

    1. I wish I had a scanner it would make this all so much easier! lol
Instead I draw, then take a photo on my terrible litte phone camera, transfer to laptop, crop, and then open in Photoshop to paint on.
Thank you, it got alot more attention than any other, that's for sure. :)

  4. Loving the horse - is there any significance to the hand print on his hind quarters?

    1. Only the significance you read into it.
My husband and sister both saw it and decided it was related to different things they are interested in.
Personally I think it was a detail my brain had ferreted away from a book I read.
