DIY Play Dough

I never thought I'd be the kind of mother who made home-made playdough.
I didn't think I had time, or the energy, or the skills. Isn't it hard to do?
But I've discovered that it is actually really easy, and of course the littlies love it!
I made a large batch and took it to Play Group.
I'm super impressed with how it turned out.

Ingredients:
4 cups flour
4 cups warm water
2 cup salt
4 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon cream of tartar
Assorted food colours

Method:
Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Stir over low heat until doughy.
Divide, knead, colour to your liking (or don't), and you're done.

Easy!

Give it a try if you haven't yet, I bet you impress yourself too!

FYI: This is a double batch. Halve it if you don't need enough for a small army.
Also, it keeps well wrapped in cling wrap.
