I often used to draw characters veing blown away by balloons. Usually this character would be Pierrette, sometimes it was myself. Although I think that I identified more with the balloon than the clown...
Anyway I started with the rainbow watercolour background and then I just drew on it.

I love the thought too... I seem to recall particularly loving the thought in Maths... lol
